Nostalgic Jingle Resonates with Boomers and Gen Z as the Fabric of Now

CARY, N.C. (Dec. 9, 2025) – Cotton Incorporated introduces refreshed versions of its iconic jingle, opening a new chapter for the beloved melody. As the holiday season unfolds, audiences can experience a special holiday jingle now.
The new update matches evolving tastes while keeping the familiar warmth and relatability that have made the jingle a staple in households nationwide. Recent research shows how the tagline resonates with 70% of respondents, familiar with cotton fabric, associating ‘The Fabric of Our Lives’ tagline with cotton, according to a 2025 Harris Analytics survey of over 1550 U.S. consumers, 18-34 years old.
By taking to popular streaming services and high-visibility social channels, The Fabric of Our Lives reaches consumers where they enjoy entertainment most during the festive season.
“The new versions of The Fabric of Our Lives jingle blends nostalgia of the original with a modern vibe,” shares Anne David, director of advertising at Cotton Incorporated. “Cotton’s ads connect with people wherever they are, on streaming or social media, using real-life moments. The jingle is the common thread, reminding everyone of the comfort and style cotton brings every day.”
In 2026, the campaign will launch additional versions of the jingle. Anthemic, pop and country renditions will roll out during the year, delivering fresh takes and appealing to a wider audience. The jingle streams on Netflix, Hulu and Amazon and appears on paid social media through the end of the year.
