Jon Devine is Senior Economist in the Corporate Strategy & Program Metrics Division. In this role, Devine conducts economic research, including cotton economic forecasts and other industry-specific analyses.

Devine joined Cotton Incorporated in 2008. Prior to that, he was a graduate student at the University of Maine, where he earned Master of Science degrees in Resource Economics & Policy and in Spatial Information Science & Engineering. He received Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Environmental Studies from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
