That’s why we provide our licensees with free customer support for all of the EFS® System and Cotton Management System™ (CMS™) software products.

  • Technical support by phone
  • Software documentation in online help file or manual format
  • Access to the latest software updates

Before You Call

The following is information the customer support representative may need to better assist you:

  • EFS System or CMS product and the product version
  • Operating system version (i.e., Windows® XP)
  • Exact error message (if applicable)
  • Steps or events immediately preceding a problem you encountered
  • Any steps you took in attempting to fix the problem yourself
