BAC END SEQUENCING OF TM-1 CLONES: AN IMPORTANT TOOL FOR ASSEMBLING THE COTTON GENOME

Progress on the project is moving at a steady pace and all sequencing is completed. Presently we sequenced 197,559 BAC ends.  The table below represents the data collected from the three BAC end libraries (GH_TBb, GH_TBh, GH_TBr).  It includes number of samples processed and other important quality statistics.
