Nonwoven Trademark Guidelines Nonwoven Trademark Guidelines

Trademarks Available for Licensing on Nonwoven Products
1. Seal of Cotton TRADEMARK Cotton Seal
For fabrics and end-products that contain 100% upland cotton.
2. ABSORBLEND™ TRADEMARK ABSORBLEND Trademark

For use of the ABSORBLEND trademark, all products must contain at least 60% Upland Cotton. This mark is intended for hygiene products that may or may not contain cotton linters in the absorbent core.

The following information must be included in a conspicuous location on the product packaging: "™The Seal of Cotton and ABSORBLEND are trademark/service marks of Cotton Incorporated."

3. COTTON ENHANCED™ TRADEMARK Enhanced Trademark

For use of the COTTON ENHANCED trademark, products in the wipes category must contain a minimum of 15% cotton. This mark is intended for use in connection with nonwovens products.

The following information must be included in a conspicuous location on the product packaging: "™COTTON ENHANCED is a trademark/service mark of Cotton Incorporated. This product contains a minimum of 15% cotton."
