of the species Gossypium hirsutum, which represents approximately 95% of
what is currently grown worldwide. Egyptian and Pima and other long staple
varieties are a distinctly different species than upland cotton. |
| ARE THERE GEOGRAPHICAL RESTRICTIONS FOR USE OF THE SEAL
OF COTTON? No, the Seal of Cotton is available for licensing on a worldwide
basis. |

representative or Cotton Incorporated’s Consumer Marketing Headquarters to
request an application package. Licensing is granted to qualifying products
on a royalty-free basis. |
